Together we define and prioritize user needs, create desired user journeys, define the brand surface actionable insights, make strategic recommendations, and produce tangible tools & steps that can be deployed within your organization.
In non-robot terms…
You’re company has a problem, hence why we’re talking. We help you figure out the root cause (it may not be what you think). Then we help figure out the perfect solution as well as all the steps in between to actually get you there.
We do this through a proven process that’s fast and engaging.
In non-robot terms…
Generally speaking three factors determine how quickly we can move through the process. Those three factors are: How many people are involved, how much time we have for each meeting, and how quickly the group moves through the materials/exercises.
We done this with corporate boards of 25+ people in two days…and we’ve taken 7 days for smaller groups consisting of 4 people… it just depends on your business and what problems we are solving. At minimum we suggest preparing at least 8 hours of dedicated meeting time.
Professional fees for the service is a total $20,000 for the project approach outlined in this proposal.
Services will be billed on a flat project-fee basis and the estimated professional fees are based on the objectives, scope of work, activities, deliverables and timeline as described in this proposal.
As the pricing for digital projects heavily depends on scope and features, a final scope of work document will be crafted and delivered based on our facilitated discovery session.
The goal of the CORE discovery session is to determine what the correct solutions are for your organization. The execution of those solutions would fall under a different scope of work.
In non-robot terms…
The strategy session does not include implenting the solutions. Right now we are just figuring out the root cause of the problems and how to fix them the correct way. After that, you can determine to work with us to implement those solutions or not.
What’s Included:
A live, in-person facilitated discovery phase where we uncover deep insights about your customer base and internal stakeholders, as well as project-specific goals and benchmarks. Typically mini discovery sessions last about 3 hours.
Let’s get to know each other. Here we will define your primary and secondary customers, surfacing their jobs, challenges, and pain points.
Your side of the story. Our job is to craft platforms that align your goals with your customers needs. This is where we dig into your objectives for that platform.
We’ll facilitate your team to define the brand through key attributes including: voice & tone, look & feel, value proposition, customer/tribe and cultural trends.
Bringing the pieces of the puzzle together makes the full picture. In this facilitated phase, we will not only start to bring the pieces together, we’ll do it in such a way that it will make sense why we start with the “corner pieces” first.
A visual encapsulation of your brands voice/tone and look/feel filtered through three prompts. This essential step will help us set the broad compass direction for the visual identity, and allow you to collaborate with our process at a very early stage.
A comprehensive summary document which combines all of our facilitation and research insights, the brand story and voice, and user profiles. We’ll organize this visually and return with stylescapes.

Web Design & Development
The International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) needed a re-brand and a new website. They’d been around for almost 20 years and operated with the same marketing material they started with. They had a few websites but they were in disarray.
Re-brand the company. Same name, but a new logo and color scheme along with a new website with an emphasis on easily displaying products, making sales simple, and boasting an amazing customer portal.
After a few weeks of designing and planning the new site, we provided the solutions that allow them to save over $23,000 a year and increase customer conversion by 3%!
At this current rate that means instead of bringing on 1 new client every 5 weeks, they’re bringing in 1 new client every 3 days. The executive team at the IAOMT had this to say:
1. Click “Accept Quote” below to start the process. We will send over the Scope of Work agreement that details specifics like, domain name, project start date, etc.
2. We’ll arrange the initial interview where we’ll gather all the details we need.
3. FLRSO already has a user portal on our website (Kylie has the info). All of this and more will be available on the portal.
Note these are general terms to begin the process. Your specific terms and conditions will be on the Scope of Work to be sent.
