How much does a repair cost?
Some places give you a free diagnostic and then charge you an arm and a leg. We don’t nickel and dime. It’s a $145 flat fee for labor. That’s it! If you need a part, we’ll communicate what it is and how much it can be ordered for (if we don’t have for available for free).
How fast will it take to fix my device?
Usually, we can complete the repair within 24 hrs. Depending on what is wrong and when you contact us, it might even be a “same day” repair.
House calls, pick ups, or drop offs?
We can go to your place and fix the issue there and then. If the issue requires several hours of work, we may complete the job remotely or bring the device back to our office and return it the next day. If you prefer we can also complete the job remotely (if you have internet access on the device) or you can schedule to bring it by our office at your convenience.
