General Labor- Troubleshoot and resolve Pizza Printer KP at South Florida Ave Location. (Toast advised Il Forno to use the TKP300 in front of the printers serial number in the printer setup of the Toast app. This is incorrect and I advised the Toast tech support rep as she did not have that format in her documentation listed as an issue. Toast rep said she would pass the information along to their engineering tea. Resolved the issue by correctly configuring printer with only the serial number)
